Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GoHop, a link-shortening and traffic-routing service operated by Black Star LIMO, LLC (Lead Intelligence Marketing Optimization) ("GoHop," "we," "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using GoHop, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company.

1. The service

GoHop lets you create short links, including "rotator" links that route visitors to one of several destinations based on rules you configure (weighting, round robin, device targeting, and similar). We provide analytics on link activity, optional custom domains, QR codes, and team collaboration features, according to the plan you're subscribed to.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use GoHop.

3. Plans and billing

• GoHop is offered on a free plan and several paid subscription plans, each with its own usage limits (links per month, number of rotators, custom domains). Current plan details and pricing are posted at gohop.pro and may change with notice.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; GoHop does not store your card details.
• If you exceed your plan's limits, link creation may pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade - links you've already created keep working.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• We may change prices for future billing periods; we'll give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use GoHop in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits using GoHop links to distribute malware, run phishing schemes, send spam, host illegal content, or otherwise cause harm. Violating the Acceptable Use Policy is a breach of these Terms.

5. Your links and content

• You're solely responsible for the destinations your links point to and for any content, product, or service reachable through them. GoHop doesn't review link destinations before they go live and doesn't endorse them.
• We may disable, redirect, or remove a link, rotator, or account - with or without prior notice - if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if we receive a credible abuse report about it.
• You retain ownership of your account data. You grant us the right to process it as needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep GoHop available and performant but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the service, and we'll try to give notice of changes that materially affect your use of it.

7. Termination

• You can stop using GoHop and cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or if required by law. Where practical, we'll tell you why.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing obligations already incurred, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

8. Disclaimers

GoHop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that click/analytics data will be complete or perfectly accurate (for example, ad blockers and privacy tools can affect what's measurable).

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoHop and Black Star LIMO, LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to GoHop is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify GoHop against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your links' destinations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use GoHop after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
