Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 9/15/2026
This policy explains what's not allowed on GoHop. It applies to every link, rotator, and account on the platform. Violating it is a breach of our Terms of Service and can result in a link, rotator, or account being disabled or removed, with or without advance notice.
You may not use GoHop to:
- Phish or impersonate. Route a link to a page that impersonates another person, brand, or organization to steal credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information.
- Distribute malware. Link to pages that install malware, ransomware, spyware, or otherwise attempt to compromise a visitor's device.
- Send spam. Use GoHop links in unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messaging campaigns that violate anti-spam law (like CAN-SPAM or similar rules elsewhere) or the terms of the platform you're posting on.
- Host or link to illegal content. This includes child sexual abuse material (reported immediately to the relevant authorities without exception), content that facilitates human trafficking, and anything else illegal in the jurisdictions GoHop or its users operate in.
- Infringe intellectual property. Link to content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.
- Harass or threaten. Use links as part of a campaign to harass, threaten, or endanger any individual or group.
- Circumvent the platform. Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or access controls; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or interfere with its normal operation (for example, coordinated click fraud against the analytics or rotator logic).
- Mislead about the destination. Deliberately disguise a link's true destination in a way designed to deceive visitors about what they're about to visit (cloaking used for fraud, not general campaign tracking).
Enforcement
If we receive a credible report, or otherwise become aware, that a link or account violates this policy, we may:
- Disable the specific link or rotator.
- Suspend the account until the issue is resolved.
- Terminate the account for repeated or severe violations.
- Preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
We try to act proportionately, but for reports involving phishing, malware, or child safety, we may act immediately and without prior notice to the account holder.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a GoHop link is being used for phishing, malware, or another violation of this policy, report it to abuse@gohop.pro with the full short link and a description of the issue. We aim to review abuse reports promptly.
