Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what's not allowed on GoHop. It applies to every account, link, rotator, campaign workflow, conversion endpoint, and related feature on the platform. Violating it is a breach of our Terms of Service and can result in content, links, features, or accounts being disabled or removed.

You may not use GoHop to:

• Phish or impersonate. Route visitors to pages that impersonate another person, brand, or organization to steal credentials, payment information, or other sensitive data.
• Distribute malware. Link to pages or files that install malware, ransomware, spyware, malicious browser extensions, or other harmful software.
• Send unlawful spam. Use GoHop links in unsolicited bulk email, SMS, direct messages, or other campaigns that violate applicable anti-spam law or platform rules.
• Host or link to illegal content. This includes child sexual abuse material, content that facilitates human trafficking, and other content or activity prohibited by applicable law.
• Infringe intellectual property. Link to or distribute content that violates another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger. Use links or campaign features to harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or endanger another person or group.
• Manipulate clicks, conversions, or referral systems. Generate fake traffic, automated conversions, duplicate activity, fabricated orders, self-referral abuse, click fraud, bot traffic intended to defeat controls, or other activity designed to distort analytics, commissions, resource rankings, or third-party charges.
• Make deceptive or unsupported marketing claims. Use GoHop to materially misrepresent an offer, impersonate a provider, fabricate earnings or performance results, or conceal material terms in a way intended to deceive visitors.
• Abuse traffic or promotional resources. Use Traffic Center, Promotional Offers, lead-capture resources, or contextual advertising to violate a provider's rules, circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions, exploit referral programs, or interfere with legitimate provider operations.
• Manipulate Managed Traffic fulfillment. Do not generate artificial clicks/conversions, intentionally defeat geo/device targeting, interfere with provider verification/readiness controls, falsify delivery evidence, exploit credits/refunds, or attempt to circumvent campaign caps, health gates, circuit breakers, or optimizer safeguards.
• Circumvent GoHop controls. Attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, suspensions, login or recovery throttles, rate limits, billing rules, security protections, MFA or account restrictions; scrape restricted areas; automate around temporary blocks; reverse-engineer protected functionality; or interfere with normal service operation.
• Abuse Community or member profiles. Do not use Community for repetitive unsolicited promotion, referral-link dumping, fabricated results, impersonation, harassment, doxing, deceptive recruiting, automated posting, or attempts to manipulate visibility or Marketing Exposure systems, including artificial impressions/clicks or disguised sponsored promotion.
• Abuse member networking or direct messages. Do not send repetitive unsolicited pitches, mass-copy outreach, harassment, threats, deceptive recruiting, credential requests, malicious links, or other unwanted direct messages. Do not evade a member's block, messaging preference, or declined connection request.
• Abuse Partner & Opportunity Discovery. Do not publish repetitive listings, fabricated capabilities, deceptive partnership offers, credential-harvesting requests, unlawful traffic or services, disguised paid promotion, or listings intended primarily to evade Marketing Exposure review and disclosure.
• Abuse Marketplace or seller listings. Do not list illegal or prohibited products/services, fabricate seller credentials or verification, misrepresent pricing or fulfillment, impersonate another provider, use Marketplace to facilitate fraud or credential theft, repeatedly repost removed listings, or present GoHop seller verification as a guarantee or endorsement.
• Abuse Collaboration Rooms or group chat. Do not use rooms for mass unsolicited promotion, coordinated harassment, deceptive recruiting, credential harvesting, malicious links, artificial engagement, evasion of member blocks, or repeated creation of rooms intended to bypass Community moderation.
• Abuse recovery, diagnostic, or support tools. Use Login Problem Solver, account-recovery, verification, Problem Solver, or Support features to enumerate accounts, flood recipients with messages, generate excessive diagnostic traffic, submit intentionally false reports, probe systems you do not control, or otherwise interfere with legitimate customer support and recovery.
• Use destination cloaking for fraud. Legitimate campaign tracking and referrer controls may be supported, but you may not disguise a destination or redirect chain in order to evade review, mislead visitors, or conceal prohibited content.
• Abuse GoHop Credits, transfers, incentives, or Marketplace settlement. Do not create duplicate accounts to harvest allowances or incentives, run circular or coordinated transfers to evade limits, misrepresent internal service credits as cash or investments, or use credit settlement to facilitate prohibited goods/services, fraud, laundering, or off-platform cash-equivalent schemes.
• Manipulate reputation, Smart Matches, or Smart Alerts. Do not fabricate activity, coordinate sham deals, spam contributions, create deceptive listings, or otherwise manufacture signals intended to inflate reputation, matching visibility, seller performance, or alert placement.

Enforcement

If we receive a credible report, detect suspicious behavior, or otherwise become aware of conduct that may violate this policy, we may:

• Disable a link, rotator, redirect, destination, or related feature.
• Suspend or restrict an account while an issue is reviewed.
• Terminate accounts for repeated, deliberate, or severe violations.
• Preserve relevant records and cooperate with payment providers, service providers, rights holders, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate or legally required.

We may act immediately and without advance notice where needed to protect users, infrastructure, third parties, or the public.

Reporting abuse

If you believe a GoHop link or account is being used for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, manipulated traffic, or another violation, report it to abuse@gohop.pro with the full GoHop link and a description of the issue.
