Send yourself a password-reset link. A successful reset also clears an account login lock.
Reset password →Request a fresh verification link without opening another GoHop account.
Resend verification →Account locks protect against repeated password guessing. If you know the correct password, GoHop can show the remaining lock time at login. Resetting the password clears the lock.
Reset password →Use the new verified email address as your GoHop login. Changing email does not create a new account or break your Stripe subscription.
The optional Super Admin code is sent only after the password is accepted. Check spam/junk, wait at least 60 seconds before requesting another code, and use the support option below if delivery still fails.
GoHop can privately email the account's verification, lock, and access status. The web page will not confirm whether an account exists.
Send a login-access request to GoHop Support. If the address matches a GoHop account, the request is attached to that account without requiring you to log in first.
Never send your password, Stripe secret key, verification code, or full payment-card details in a support request.
